Machine Shop

The Machine shop within AARs’ facility is adjacent to the composite department and covers over 8000 square feet and houses some of the latest CNC machinery from Fadal, Haas, and Mori Seki as well as a Sodick solid wire EDM machine with 4 axis capability. Our largest and most versatile CNC Mill is our 196 in. X 84 in. X 40 in. Haas VB-1 5-axis Bridge Mill able to machine anything as delicate as clay or honeycomb to aluminum or steel. Apart from our 9 other CNC machines we also have more than 19 conventional or manual mills and lathes that can be used to fit your machining needs.
