AAR's Alligator Motorcycle
Division is located in a separate building adjacent to the
main race car factory. For some years, a small group of highly
skilled engineers, designers and craftsmen have been working
on a motorcycle prototype called the 'Alligator', a unique,
single-cylinder sports bike to be introduced to the public
within the near future.
The Alligator
Department is furnished with all the high-tech equipment for
such a project including a 600hp dynamometer, an NC lathe, NC
milling center, fully equipped machine shop, 4 CAD seats,
computer engine simulators, fabricating shop, engine assembly
shop, balancing equipment. Capabilities include: engine design
and development, engine advanced tuning, engine and chassis
research.
